Germany aims for concrete steps at Iran nuclear talks
FRANKFURT Germany's Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said Saturday he hopes for concrete steps to build mutual trust at the talks about Iran's nuclear program starting Tuesday in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
