Both cops need to be fired and sue'd.
And the Ho female cop needs the fingers she used chopped off.
The male cop obviously has no clue about what pot smells like, he's a LIAR. If he really suspected drugs he would've called in a K9 unit to do a proper search.

Since when do you get strip searched and probed for a littering charge? It wasn't a felony nor a misdemeanor, nothing more than a citation.

<quoted text>Then don't be STUPID enough to draw attention to yourself by doing STUPID things like littering in front of an officer. That is asking to be stopped and then when the stench of pot comes out the window, you have just entered yourself into" probable cause to search". It just shows how STUPID some people can be. If skanky women didn't hide stash in their slash, there would be no need for cavity search. The police deal with this lower level of society dailey so they pretty well know who does and who doesn't.
Hey TomTard, NO DRUGS found.
Cops are trained to LIE. They always say the smell pot or alcohol. You always have slurred or mumbling speech. Your eyes are always red, glassy and dilated.

Yes, Thomas, this is all true. However, I have had a good policeman that I know say that he could stop anyone that since there are so many laws he could always find something he could use.

I still believe that searching these ladies as they did is completely uncalled for and makes me tend to believe that these police officers were in the wrong.

The policemen are used to dealing with the same old crap day in and day out to keep our cities half way decent to live in. The story did say the officer smelled pot and the fact that they were riding in a car permeated with pot smell does give probable cause for a search. I had rather the local policemen attempt to rid the streets of people like this instead of the cities all becoming more like Detroit.

Most police officers don't want to touch nasty druggies, drunks, freaks, dopers, and stoners. Haven't you noticed they wear rubber gloves for those in those catagories that don't visit a bar of soap often and carry filth from the others in their group they touch.

The question is "did they smell it?" From all appearances there were no drugs. I believe in keeping our streets free of crime also, but I do not believe in doing it in the way that these troopers did. We can keep our streets free without resorting to the techniques that these troopers used.

If this were your sister, wife, or mother, I feel certain you would feel they over stepped their limits.

My wife, mother,or sister wouldn't be be doing what these people were doing. People who live within the laws of the land and don't aggravate the police don't have a reason to fear them, they appreciate the fact that they are out there dealing with those who do.

They weren't doing anything. And because they weren't doing anything they're going to have a very nice paycheck.

They brought attention to themselves by littering in front of a policeman- VERY DUMB. The officer said the "borrowed" car reeked of the MJ stench which happens to stay in the car long after you smoke a joint in there. The smell and the littering gave cause to search. If that's what you call" not doing anything", then feel free to run stop signs, drive any speed you want, throw your McDonalds garbage out the window, drive drunk, and do as you please. Explain to the officer that you "weren't doing anything wrong" in your eyes. I'm sure they will understand.
