Have you ever noticed how much bad press is given to teachers? We need to speak out and let our story be told. We are not a bunch of overpaid, oversexed, dayjobbers who merely hang out with kids all day. If all educators told their stories of being abused, bullied, and threatened by "students," perhaps the system could change from pressuring teachers to perform to holding parents accountable.
