Dallas, Texas tackles saggy pants trend
A Dallas, Texas councilman says pants are still sagging and he's rolling out another push to get people to "pull 'em up." Councilman Dwaine Caraway attracted national attention a few years ago when he first asked men to quit showing their underwear with low-hanging pants.

Look this is no new fad. I've been in and around Dallas all my life and it's all over the country. You also see this in small towns out in the country. This has been going on at least since the early 1990's. Another issue with jeans is all the women's jeans are designed by factory to be low rise and it's hardly all you can find. Jeans that fit on the waste are speciality pants now. It's been that way at least a decade or longer. IF there are others who don't like it please stand up all over the country. In all sizes this is the majority of what's being put on the shelves. Also, the t-shirts for women have less material than they used to. Most dresses for spring and summer are sleeveless. Where's the variety?

And I've seen this in clothes from Wal-Mart, Bealls, JCPenney, Sears And Everywhere.
