Blank winner means either blank forever or until a name can be reinstated when it all calms down!

Frankly I think the non allocation of a Tour De France winners is a real simple decision based on what we all know now on the pro peleton favorites during these dark years.

The burning questions have to be asked of UCI itself who with all their regulatory power seemingly turned a blind eye to what was happening in the drug fueled peleton years.

Like many cyclists I feel the UCI has behaved very poorly indeed and has proven not to be fit to be cyclings governing body at least in its current form.

@Andy remember that UCI and and all the other national anti doping organisations tested riders including USADA so the tests were applied by all and very few positive tests and none on USPS as well as many others.

The testing is not UCI but WADA decision and their people failed as much as UCI to catch them. Dont over react that this is all UCI it is not.

Cycling has fewer registered athletes than most associations but catch more dopers per head and have greater measures in place.

Do I think they need reforming YES but so do WADA and get the dead wood out and new fresh young objective guys in and drive all sports forward.

If you believe Cycling is alone as a dopers paradise think again they just out them more willingly and readily.

2012 Olympic had 4 positive tests and the DR in charge said we are so far behind doping it is a joke!

They let him ride this long why all of sudden the crack down? We already every single pro athlete from nascar to cycling taking steroids of some kind. Since they take his title now have to go back and take every single title from every rider since 1980 and up. I talking the top 30 placing riders in every single tour all have to loose their spots just like Lance and share the blame. We know they ALL taking roids so lets not crucify one rider when he just a single piece to the puzzle. How about the guys who covered it up for 10 years and pass everyone when clearly every pro rider from bmx womens to mens downhill all on some form of roids. Its all or nothing cant put it all on Lance. If i were Lance take those millions and expose all other dope fiend pros from all sports. Since we taking back titles for roids i guess the yankees have to give back 95% of the titles. And NFL oh dont even go there right. If you compete pro you better be on roids.
Just refer to the Lance Armstrong case as another "Wag The Dog's Tail" event!
