"the drug-tainted Tour de France winner"? Is this unbiased reporting?... Oh, I see, "tainted by the possibility of having used drugs". Pardon my ignorance.

Negative test does not exclude cheating(doping) perhaps previous negative test could be due to urine manipulation.
A positive test is cheating .

Pound must be a dreadful person. He has hurt his own credibility. Now Valverde is out due to evidence in the spanish dirt.

Exactly right, JQm. Others try to make Dick Pound the issue, instead of asking themselves tough questions about LANDIS' behavior -- Dick pound is not being disciplined for failing doping tests in the TdF, LANDIS is.

Blah...Blah...Blah...I really don't care if Landis is guilty or not guilty. I just want the truth...and yes...I can handle the truth....DID LANDIS ORDER THE CODE RED.....

I read the article. Landis used the words "allegations" when addressing his FAILING A DRUG TEST....is it just me...if the cop says you were speeding...do you say allegedly I was going 25 over...you still get the ticket..and the court fine..because of the radar…he failed a drug test…try that and keeping your job…

During this time period, Will (US), Raymond (France), and Athos (UK)(Chris) automatically knew and believed from the TDF stage #17 that Floyd Landis cheated by doping!

Yet, many of us didn't immediately jump onto the band wagon or to those conclusions.

All three men claimed to be very experienced cycling racers, yet they were not willing to tell us their full namews in order to validate their claims.

All too many cycling critics came out from all directions on our planet in pointing out that LNDD was experiencing all too many critical problems with their drug testing procedures.

Through the Floyd Landis case we were able to see the proof that LNDD was screwing up their testing proceedures and this case forced them to improve their testing proceedures.

We also got to see just how currupt both Travis Tygart and the USADA were as Tyger Ass (Tygart) went after Floyd Landis like the Nazi Gustopo. We even saw how he was will to let FL off the hook of FL would give him Lance Armstrong.

Tygart and the USADA didn't care how much money they would need to spend, just as long as they got Lance Armstrong.

Both Dick Pound and Travis Tygart were so jealous in trying to get LA, they were willing to sell their families down the river if the need arose.

Granted that FL finally admitted to cheating, yet he also came back to finally give LA up to the USADA.

In reality, they're all frauds on both sides simply because they're the reason that doping has gone on so long and hadn't been caught. They're all currupt!

Cheers
