Lance Armstrong refiles USADA suit; team members decline arbitration, receive lifetime bans

Full story: The Washington Post

Lance Armstrong filed a revised lawsuit against the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency before the close of business Tuesday, once again asking a federal judge in Austin to stop the agency from stripping his seven Tour de France titles and banning him from sport for life if he fails to agree by Saturday to submit to arbitration over alleged doping violations.

@CD you should try a Library and read some books about history but make sure you get someone to take you for the roads etc.

Also note that Libraries are quiet places so maybe best avoid them.

Lance finally got caught at what he does best - blood doping. It's unfortunate, but what's more regrettable are the multitudes of syncophants that continue to deny his guilt.

Geenie, you really ought to seek professional help for that identity crisis you're experiencing. I understand that being a man and wearing a skirt is traumatizing, but please don't contradict yourself by giving advise only to tell the person you're advising, not to follow your advise.

Such is far more degrading to all men than you being a cheap drag queen playing it straight.

The only shame is when an entire cycling community tries to burry the blame on one persons grave when its soo obvious the top 15 riders on every team in the world do the same doping activities. The diff is they didnt win anything so they going to slip away from this scandal. Well i here to info you lance is only one of many pro riders that all use the same tactics and equiptment.
Actually, the greatest shame is that the one guy upon whose grave everyone is burying the blame, as you say, is the only guy who denied wrong doing, is the one guy who's the guiltiest about wrong doing, and is the one guy with the most egg on his face for trying to defend his position of denial, when he knew himself he had no defense.

And the second greatest shame, is that there are people like you who still believe the guy to be f*cking hero.

There is still, albeit rather minimal, a degree of integrity in admitting wrongdoing, and that's what those other riders did.

I not an advocate of steroids or lance before or after he was exposed. The problem i have is knowing one person cannot be the only one engaging in such steroid abuse and his teamate confirmed this. Every top rider doing same as lance so the blame has to be justified evenly or it make the whole cycling community look unbalanced and unjust. The fact that he denied it is a surprise to who exactly? Guess what its innocent until proven guilty and nobody going to admit to stealing a twix at the market let alone a massive 10 year scandal that will ultimately discredit the entire cycling race community. I used to race and care but now i ride for me and i only care about the I. No scandals or cover ups effect the way I ride. It does amuse me seeing people squirm under preasure and reveal scandals that relate to all forms of professional competition across the board male/female all on roids in every sport.
You're still missing the point.

Clinton initially denied having sex with Lewinsky too. But, he later admitted it and only ended up getting impeached, when he stood to be removed as president if his denial was not substantiated.

Whether Lance denied doping, or as the others did, admitted it, is really irrelevant. Bottom line, he failed to defend his position; he quit. Quitting is tantamount to an admission, when all along he denied doping.

He bluffed. His bluff was called. You should go read the order dismissing his lawsuit against USADA; here you go:

@Baby Drake NEVER take anythingCD says as inteligent or genuine as he feeds of others on here to help him learn.

He has been unmasked as a Bricklawyer and not a Legal one as kept tryig to get everyone to buy into. He also claims to be Psychiatrist and knows more than Professional Mental Heath practicioners.

Never tell him anything and watch him flounder about making crass sick remarks as he keeps sayig he is clever.

He is a true mentalist.

When have I claimed to be a psychiatrist? It's my wife who's a Physiatrist.

What's the problem Geenie; did you aspirate too much of your boyfriend's semen again?

One question; has he bought you a new skirt lately, or are you still using the same one you were wearing when he "popped your cherry?"

@CD if you do not seek help with your II illness it shall only get worse and annoy even more people on here.

You have claimed to know more about Law and Mental Health than those employed in these fields.
You are, as we have established a Bricklawyer at best and your mental health knowledge cannot be attained because of your own treatment by professionals or by buying them a drink.
You now suggest you have a wife who not surprisingly is in the mental health field that you spend your time in treatment.

Just look at your posts supposed to be from a someone of high intellect, according to you!

You are fixated with semen and skirts which suggest you live with your Mum.

Go and get your II suppressed immediately.

@Drake Baby just a warning that when you make so much sense on here you shall attract those with an aversion of knowledge and understanding. CD suffers from acute II and likes to get involved in stuff well above his understanding.

Your points on LA spot on in addition to the expense spent in chasing a 2 times retired athlete in an Olympic Year is scandalous when other current Athletes desrved better support.

As you will be aware riders who dope work with a set out plan from specialist based on their own needs ad there is a large conveyor belt of people and suppliers before it hits the needles and it appears Sport is only interested in the end user and not the whole supply chain and manufacturers.
2001 to 2009 EPO was the biggest selling drug in the World. Wonder why that was?

The other issue with other sports such as basketball, football (soccer if you are USA) and baseball all of which are/have been at the Olympics are obliged to work to WADA Rules but none of them do and there are many other Sports also who dont so how do they all get away with it? Maybe the huge sums of money involved keeps them at bay!

Doping testing is just as corrupt as those taking it otherwise why are all Sports NOT doing it the same way?

Great points made Baby D.
