The young men involved are just that young men. The people that were present have to live with the outcome of the choices made that night. Pier pressure CHOICES ARE PART OF LIFE no one should be charged with anything. This is all part of growing up.These young men are old enough to be sent to another country and be handed a rifle and be shot at are they suposed to be babysat at college? This was an unregistered activity how can people whom had no knowledge of what was going on be held accountable?
