Does this mean that all of the agencies who conducted all of Armstrong's tests were corrupted ?

When this is over he can seek damages in a civil court.

Well, I'm not sure this is America after all according to this bunch of anti dopers it's guilty until proven innocent WRONG! The man never failed a drug test and if the word of a bunch of jealous losers is all it takes we are all in trouble. He won the tour 7 times and those morons can't change that. The only place Armstrong messed up was in dignifing these charges with any kind of comment. He passed the drug test and that is the end of it. I wonder how those idiots would handle it if a group got together and accused them of smoking crack. They haven't been drug tested and they couldn't prove they had never smoked crack, let them be guilty until proven innocent. That isn't the way it's supposed to be in America. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
