Hi:

Do you know how to get in contact with Chris regarding an appearance at a store opening in San Diego. We are a sports nutrition store opening our second location in Encinitas, CA. Chris, being a "hometown hero", would be an outstanding personality to help us launch our business. Can you help? I'd appreciate it.

Hello,

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Chris. I work at a local bike shop called Ibikes in Rocklin Ca. It is Tuesday the 27 two days after the Tour To California. I was working alone when Chris came into the shop needing a few things for his bike, I couldn't believe it!! My Favorite rider in the pro Tour is in my shop!!! He signed a Davitamon Lotto Jersey and his number plate for me. He made my Year!!! Chris Your the man thanks again!!! All my family and friends cheer and support you. Good luck and God bless

I was riding along the bike trail today on Feb 28 with my dad and I saw Chris riding the opposite way. I yelled a quick "hey what's up Chris" and he gave a quick wave back. Made my day. I wanted to turn around and follow but I didn't want to abandon my father. Plus he probably wanted to train in peace. I was hoping to find some way to tell him how cool it was to see him and that famous smile training on the same trail at the same time I was training.

Hello Chris,
Does your family trace back to the Horners of Burlington and Hornerstown, New Jersey around the time of the Revolution? I have information on that family if you are interested.
Thanks for the thrills last month! Os

I am disappointed to hear Chris Horner might sign with a non-pro tour team for 2008. I recall how excited he was to ride his first Tour de France. Now he has three. It would be a perfect end to his career to rack up as many Tour de France's as possible. There will always be a spot for his current team, Davitamon Lotto, because of Robbie McEwen. Some things are more important than money. Come on, Chris. Stay the course.

I hope hes going to make a Pro Tour team next year.
I've been his teammate at Franšaise Des Jeux and he has been my friend ever since. I've you see he gets 15th overall at TDF'07 without actually going for it, he at least deservs another go for the TDF.
It's nice to see that he has fans back in the States ;)

He signed with ASTANA for 2008, the team where Johan Bruyneel is manager now. I hope this is the deal he was looking for.

Good luck Chris!!!

Do you have an email address for Chris? I would suggest he needs to start his own web page.

Chris - just read your response on Velo News. You probably are the classiest rider out there. Thanks for being such a great cyclist. I wish you all the best for the '08 season. I will be following your results.

Good news for fans from San Diego.
Chris planned a full training week over there next week, B4 joining his teammates at the first training camp of his new team Astana. So if you see an Astana shirt passing by it probably be Chris.
He fully recovered from his post holiday operation and is feelin great!
