The hypocrisy of Tygart is amazing.

Accuses UCI of not doing their job whilst all the time he has been withholding evidence to allow them to act.

Lance did not damage this cycling sports, funny how it is this man only rode one tour, never did the other ones, this is like putting the whole drug infested East Germany Olympic team on some one else, out the blme in the right place, not on LANCE This has been going on long before Lance was born!
