Armstrong sues to block doping charges
Lance Armstrong filed a federal lawsuit Monday aimed at preventing the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency from moving ahead with charges that he used performance-enhancing drugs during his record-setting career.

If you know the results why block the process? Why not let the process play for total vindication.
Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens let the process playout and won. The matter is dropped on their end. They're probably guilty as heck but the same government and process that came after them also found them not guilty.

Lance is guilty, just admit it and save the taxpayer money.

It would be nice to really know why the US government dropped their case against Lance Armstrong.
Yet, Travis Tygart and USADA want to spend millions of more tax payer dollars in starting this all over again.
