This is the First I have heard of anyone standing up against these charges against Armstrong.
If Johan Bruyneel was a "central figure in doping programs within Lance Armstrong's teams", then his innocence would radically change the dynamics of the case.
I'm not saying that he is innocent though----that remains to be seen.

USADA have with Bruyneel, LA and all others breeched their confidentiality rights and pace in question their ability to get a fair trial and basically prejudiced their case.
Add to that Tygart has told everyone they were guilty before charging them, charged them then told them they have no Constitutional Rights as allowed in US Law for these hearings.
He then refuses to accept a neutral Hearing Panel to be selected in favour of USADA Rules (remember Constitutional Rights removed) where HE as CEO of USADA personally selects those to sit on the Hearing Panel.
Next point is HOW do you get elected to be a member of those that Tygart can choose from on the list of Panel Members?
EASY Tygart is the one who selects them.
Next problem is how do you become an Executive Member of USADA?
EAST Tygart selects you.
What if you want to leave how is a new Executive elected?
EASY You select a replacement and if Tygart agrees it is automatic. If he doesn’t he selects them himself.
ALL OF THIS IS FACT unfortunately.
One final point is USADA told LA No Constitutional Rights and No allowance of US Law in his hearing. LA declined as Unconstitutional.
USADA File comes out and guess what +8 years sanctions are based on, US LAW that LA is not allowed to use.
US Law is now a divine access for USADA and not an Athlete.
If I had written all of this up on the Wall Street Journal before any of LA case came up I would have been told I was a terrorist or worse.
Do not take my word for any of this please read up, wise up and see how USADA works.
I have no problems with USADA doing their job up to 8 years but serious issue with media courting when evidence has not been sent to relevant parties and working outside their rules and the law.

At least he's not doping. Of course if he was, you'd defend him for it....:)
