Well D'UH of course, he never won those races. He is not the winner of those races. He is a doper loser. Banning him tho is like closing the barn doors after the horses have run off.

And the sum achievement for Anti-doping catching aretired cyclist and stripping titles over 10 years ago has achieved?
He keeps all pre-1999 and post 2005 palmares.
We now have * as the winner.
I suspect * has been placed so it can be reinstated after the LOOK everyone was at it has ben concluded.

Armstrong wasn't really retired.
He's been caught and punished, and has lost everything.
The sport now realized it has a lot of cleaning up to do, and can get to work on that.
Meanwhile, pigs like you will continue to justify doping.
If you think Armstrong will be "reinstated," you're dumber than I'd thought.
