I will only say this once Piratis,I was in hospital a week and not one call or message was passed to me from relatives.

They all said the same, they were either put throuh from one department to another, never getting to my ward...or they just hung up.

I was so surprised how many Europeans don't speak English..especially Italians Spanish.Portugal
Here in Cyprus we are pretty good with foreign languages.
