Strange, when it suits, you support the Queen, but when it comes to her Government you ignore them for 38 years when they tell you to leave the occupied area.

Good for you!

Problem is this.

Cyprus has €180 BILLION of exposures to toxic Greek ad other debt.

It is bankrupt and begging the Russians and Chinese for money.

It cannot borrow money on the international markets and is edging towards a bailout.

Not the raging success of your famllies, so what will they do when it all collapses around them?

You Greeks are so stupid it is untrue.

And you know this personally or is it based on what the newspapers say?
At least we haven't depended on turkey for everything for the last 38 years.

We are proud and unlike you don't depend entirely, 100%, on turkey.
You wouldn't survibe a day without turkeys money.
You are out now begging for reconition and saying that the isolation is not fair on your economy.
I would rather be a poor Cypriots than at turkeys continous beck and command 24/365/38years.
Look at yourself, even you cannot afford to live in the occupied area otherwise you wouldn't be in the UK.

Please tell us something we don't know. The fact that your GC relatives are freeloading off the ROC is a well known fact. In 1974, GCs won the lottery and ever since, they are enjoying a full time refugee status, full time whining and begging for freebies and full time welfare recipients. They do own plenty of homes in Cyprus and London and plenty of Mercedes and their main job is begging and corrupting the system. In 2004, they were thrilled to be part of the EU thinking that having a second sugar daddy will increase their freeloading. Only a GC will be so proud of riches they never worked for.

Christofias said the economy is fine. They also tried to get help from Russia and China to avoid having the IMF look at their books.
The Cypriots like the Greeks, they are always trying to outsmart and trick others. This is the same country that still piles files in every office refusing to use the computer, afraid of paper trail and evidence that might come to haunt them later on. This is the same country that has Russia behind the scenes, pulling the strings and allowing the sale of weapons to Syria. This is the same country that calls itself European and sovereign when they can't even go to the bathroom without informing Russia first.
