Cuba blames American immigration laws for the deaths of an 11-year-old boy and a teenager during a botched smuggling operation off the island's northern coast.

I blame the Govt of Cuba. People are so desperate that they risk drowning & sharks rather than to be imprisoned in the island. The island is a prison with CDR's & cameras & microphones & all sort of electronic bugs monitoring your every move. You can't trust your neighbor. Professionals, such as Drs & teachers, engineers etc will prostitute themselves with tourists.
They live in hopeless apathy, with no opportunity

Can you tell me what Embargo??? Cuba has deplomatic and business relations with all countries in the Globe earth... Today you can add USA in business too. Cuba buys from this country as much as they want and still Usa is his #1 provider and business parter.... The only thing Usa do not have with Cuba is open Diplomatic relations..and I say open becouse they do have talks anytime they wish. Even there is a Usa Interest Section in Havana ( Usa Emmbasy before). The only Embargo is..No access to International Bank Money and Traveling between both countries. The Embargo have been the blame and excuse for Castro for his bad management and bad Organization to his own people in the country of Cuba. Communism have been proved to be the disaster of sociaty and progress to mankind. Just for that I think if the Embargo is lifted Fidel and raul Castro will have no one to BLAME anymore.

Really??you sound like Fidel Castro always blaming some one for his HABILITY to have a country in RUINS. Except him and his family..they do live the good expensive life...Cubans in Miami I would say 95% of us always have the same posture against a Goverment that have his people in Slavery and total control of his ambitions and Free speach. all we care IS...Freedom for Cuba. He did everything he could to have the rest of the world support him in his idea of The Yankee Imperialism..as he call it. His homologo Chavez call americans, assesins, and people to slavery other people in the world. We as citizens of USA have a Democratic process where every 4 years we ellect a President...good or bad, but cast our Vote.
