This will be interesting to see .. all depend of what the Cuban americans think about it, they are the ones running the show and since it's election time , everything is possible. If enough Cuba Americans pressure the Governor of Florida, they can suspend the embargo.... Bush by himself is not able to think, he only sign what he is told to sign. Bush the moron doesn't give a damn about nobody.. Americans or Cubans.

In the mean time, I wonder why our Canadian prime minister de mierda haven't said a word about helping Cuba yet.. like sending a boat full of food and construction material , like the Russian will do.

A Cuban friend of mine told me that the phone lines and electricity are still down in pinar del rio.
I wonder if they will use the same old wires to fix the telephone or put new ones or just forget about it and use the cell phone. If it wouldn't be for Businesses that are using the internet in pinar del rio and vinales, the Cuban Gov would not care much about fixing the phone lines for the people.

My friend also told me that beautiful Vinales is totally devastated..

WE JUST DONT CARE do you have the link about the refusal for help from spain ?

Cuba will certainly have a lot of "silent " help from Hugo Chavez so that in fact the Cuban gov, could play the game of saying : Cuba can do it without any help...

We all know that Cuba have an history of refusing any help from the USA,

No, I don't have the link!I read it in P.R today newspaper! But I'm including the link in which Spain placed it's offer and today's granma link.In which 'granma' doesn't even comment that offer! So we will have to wait to seeCuba's response to Spain.Let's hope they accept it!

Link about Spain's offer to Cuba. http://www.reliefweb.int/rw/rwb.nsf/db900SID/...

Today's 'Granma' link in which 'Granma' Cuba's official newspaper keep silence about Spain's offer!http://granmai.co.cu/ing les/index.html

He did it years ago and must of the thing sent to Cuba where send to Haiti the rest Castro sold it to the Cuban People at market stores. Castro have never care for The People..not even in his speaches over 50 years. He has always make cubans sacrifice and do things aginst their will for "THE REVOLUTION"...and the Revolution is him. and only him and his family. Russia has already send to Cuba some help yesterday and He did accept it. For Castro fanatism of his own person and power comes first. Like any Communist and Dictator. I pray to God he finnaly die and stop deciding the destiny of Cuban in the island. Following with his brother Raul funeral. It will be soon with Embargo or not.
