Anything edible that falls short of downright poisonous is a food.

There is no "Junk Food". There is only Junk Appetite.

"We are what we eat", so we should stop blaming the food and adjust our dietary choices constructively.

The Eating police what next ,eating junk food as a kid is a distinct pleasure in many kids lifes, as it was in mine and it does there health no harm at all, and it would be criminal and suppressive to deny children this right to there enjoyment and freedom of choice of foods.
