Yes Shikhar Dhawan is a very good batsman. His joining adds extra strength to the team as if now the team is strong enough in bowling but is poor in batting.

OMG!!!!
What makes you think that the bowling line-up of the Indian cricket team is strong enough? Infact the weakness in the bowling line-up of the Indian team has been expoited by the other teams on many occasions over the last few years. This has happened in both the shorter as well as the longer version of the game. It looks good when we play a match in the subcontinent, proves to be ineffective in the seam friendly conditions in Australia, New Zealand, England and South Africa. That is the reason why we are not able to rely on our bowlers to win matches for us. We rely heavily on our batsmen to put runs on the board. Whenever the batting line-up fails to do so, the bowling line-up looks fragile and fails to defend the total which is put on the board. The Indian cricket team has been facing this problem since 10-15 years. The think tank needs to give it a serious thought and look after it.
