The same happened to me I got my second before I was found guilty for the first! No way would I try to weasle my way out of my conviction I did 6 Months + 3 Days for both and I pleaded guilty too Judge Kelley and I deserved every day that I served and the tail of 5 years on parole! I haven't touched a drink in 14 Months ( Thank God for that and the sentence I served in YCP was a eye openner and alot of people with less sentences came back before I was released. So you do the math of what people, Sober up or go to jail.( BOTTOM LINE) If you keep drinking you will drive again at some point after a few drinks you will drive believe that!

keep up great work rockit. The real issue here is suspend the driver license. make these people suffer more they will wise up

Good for you "rockit" Its been 28 years for me. If I can do it anyone can do it. There was no serious penalties when I drove drunk. if there were I'd still be locked up!
