The news is wrong about everything the two people seen exiting John Friskillo's home were not both of the mott brothers ,only one of them,zach mott.The accomplice named Gary does resemble his older brother joshua.Especially if it is pitch black outside.They are holind my fiancee on false accusations although he did commit auto theft to help his brother escape so that also makes him an accesory after the fact.but does not put him at the scene.Zachery Mott was heavily strung out on crack cocaine .me and his brother joshua tried to help him numerous times by giving him a home but he got us evicted twice,by stealing from people.Me and Joshua finally had enough of helping him we have two children to think about well our little boy will be born on the 17 of this month and thanks to Zach,all the crackheads at mart 51 and the jpd he wont get to be around for his son.If they would check the surveillance videos at the Boardwalk on tery rd they would see joshua was there at the time of the beating his brother appeared shortly after then both of them fled.That doesnt make him guilty of the crime but i am still dissappointed in him that he knew about it and still helped his brother.He didnt put me and his kids first he does deserve to sit in jail a while dont get me wrong im not approving what he did ..but odds are john will not pull through.Im just hoping the dont send an innocent man to jail for murder,he has such a bright future ahead of him with us.These kids need their father.im 9 months pregnant unable to work.having a c-section monday and no where to go since zachery got me evicted once again from my home.I was depening on joshuas income for the next month while i recover.now i will be in a shelter in pearl thank you very muchjpd and news channel 3 and everyone involved on not investigating this case.Mr friskillo i honestly hope you do pull through so you can tell everyone what really happened that night because only me you and josh and zach really know what happened......and no one believes the 3 of us.because i would say something like my boyfriend is innocent ....but would i say he needs to sit in jail for auto theft that he isnt even charged with right now if i were just trying to get him out..they already found the car in the yazoo river wher it was dumped.and tied it to them.

no just zach trust me i know a little more than i am letting on..mr john was a nice man and i hope zach fries for it if he dies but they are gonna fuck up and send an innocent man to prison..lets just say someone else was at the boardwalk when zach came and told josh what he did...then josh stole the car to get his brother out of there..and dumped it in the river the only thing he is guilty of is auto theft!i accept that let him do the time for that..not murder..who are you aden do we know you...cuz our sons name is aden i think that is wierd..you from here??

no i wasnt there it was my house the two were found at im not condoning what the boys did but i can say i know which one of them beat him i know all the gory details of what happened that night ive went to the detective with my information hopefully we will get him put away for a very long time mr jon did not deserve what happened to him he was in perfect health and had several years before it was his time i cant apologize enogh for what my family has done i can only offer the truth and i did lie on here before i hate to say my fiancee was involved i even told the detective he was they were gonna rob him he pulled a gun then zachery hit him they stole a car and came straight to me i made them leave when i woke up the police were already there and so were they.i gave the police what evidence i could find in my home the rest is up to them im just really disappointed in the boys now i thought josh was gonna leave that life behind him he was arrested when i was 9 months pregnant with our second child,hell never hold his son,trust me he is paying for what he done i just hope the judge doesnt make him pay for what zach did and maybe in about 20 years hell come home a changed man

Yes, it's obvious you lied. That makes you uncredible; even if you were credible, though,in a court of law, your "information" = hearsay. I can't see where anything you have to say about what did or didn't happen could mean a thing.
Unless, of course you witnessed the brutal attack on a helpless old man; or maybe a car sinking to the bottom of a river.

Doesn't capital murder constitute the death penalty? I'm not so sure that either of the "boys" are coming home in 20 years. I doubt the Mott brothers will survive the pen that long.
One thing is certain. Mr. Friskillo is not coming home. He has family and friends who loved him, and frankly my dear,I'm sure they don't give half a flip about your apology. Or the other "baby mama" who's been quoted. Which one of you is the REAL fiance of Mr. Mott, anyway?
It doesn't matter. I feel safer knowing where these two men are.
It's a shame, too. I'm sure that Josh and Zach Mott have family members who are heart-broken over the direction these two decided to take. I'm sure at some time someone held them close, bathed and fed them, held their hands, cared for them and loved them. I feel so sorry for their mother, father, grandparents, etc.
That's the thing about violent crime, dear. There's no end to the suffering.

not that it matters but yes we do have a crazy bitch stalking us with his kid,that tells everyone they are together but that is of course another subject,jon was never anything but a wonderful caring man to me i had no control over what happened and im doing my best to make sure it will never happen to anyone else by the same hand,i told detectives the real truth about what happened that night it will all come out at trial,but even if zachery does get the death penalty it still wont even begin to make up 4 the loss of john he wont even suffer like jon did,i think they should just stick him in the till he gets killed. any other questions

I thought it was so sad (and sweet) that Josh Mott couldn't take his eyes off of his girlfriend Brandi Davenport and their 20 month-old baby in the courtroom yesterday (Clarion Ledger.)
Everyone who loves those men are suffering, along with the friends and family of Mr. Friskillo. What a tragedy.

I'm very confused about what is being posted here. I think I know who Mrsmott is. But I think that she and Shona might be the same person. And it is certainly a strange coincidence that there is also an Aden posting here. If there are actually two women involved here, I hope that one day they will realize that this Josh guy being in jail is the best thing that could have happened to them. I hope that someone will intervene and help these very young, naive women take care of the babies they irresponsibly have brought into this world. I pray that they, especially the one I know personally, will get past their involvement in this ordeal, find some decent, respectable people to associate with, and pull themselves out of the lifestyle and environment they have already spent too much time in. My friend, I you have been through a lot, and you are trying hard. I wonder sometime if I can believe you, or if you are pulling something over on me, and I'm the dummy. But I would love to help you with your beautiful babies, if I could only know for sure I can trust you. I think you need some divine intervention, and I'm praying that God will use me in some way to make a permanent difference in your life.

actually josh being in jail is the best thing for me i know that im making a life for the kids and me and wouldnt be able to do that as long as hes out because we always would end up back with his parents which is NO place for a child i moved away from all the nonsense but yes me and josh are still together its been 4 years now im taking this time to get my life back on track ..and the other skank only WANTS to be involved mad cuz she was only wanted while me and my old man split up because he had a drug problem im not worried it don6t even get to me anymore because i know what the truth is it is a very childish thing that the young lady is doing and yes ive lied to everyone about me and joshs relationship and if u know me u know why and u must know the situation with my mother but she knows now i dont think i know who the person that posted this last one but i can always use real friends... debbie?

Hi. Josh and Zach Mott are my cousins... i have loved them all my life. i feel so sorry for my Aunt Kay imagine being the mother of both of these boys. she is going to through so much pain. I know how i feel about all this and it hurts to find out that your own flesh and blood could be a killer. please people stop worrying about whos baby is whos and who is the real girlfriend. i love my cousins and i hope that if Josh really is innocent they will not sentence him with the death penalty. I am truely sorry to both of his baby mommas but for the one who knows the truth please if he really is innocent get him out of jail. i dont really know what to think or do I am going to try to go with my Aunt Joe and Aunt Kay to see them next time. I think the main fact that is important in this case is that that man is dead, and those two boys were seen there. There is very rarely a legitimate reason for killing someone, and I can't believe that anyone would even consider it excusable that two young, healthy men entered the home of a disabled, elderly man, and then left him there bleeding and fatally wounded. If there was some sort of freak accident that occurred, why didn't they call for help? If they are innocent, why did they steal a car to get away? There is enough there to make them guilty, even if they did not both actively participate in the beating. And these two girls need to learn a lesson in all this. If you lie down with dogs,..... Both of them need to break off all contact with these boys and raise their children to be moral, decent people. If they continue to associate with these boys and others like them, there is no hope for a decent future for them or their children. They will struggle for the rest of their lives. But it doesn't have to be that way.

As for them being innocent and needing to get out of jail, maybe when you get a chance to visit them, you could take a quick poll of the other prisoners and find out how many of them are really innocent. I bet 9 out of 10 will tell you they are.
