New York unemployment rate 7.7 percent in April

When reading this "news", I cannot help, but feel I am running circles. I trust the reason why this drop is not die to anyone finding jobs in New York, but rather MOVING out of state. Gee, Patterson, don't smile yet, these small dips mean nothing to all of us that pay dearly to keep this state afloat.
