This program is needed throughout the USA. Why isnt technology being broadly used in this struggle?

Why not use technology to keep track of this problem?

Why are we using 3x5 file cards?

A bounty on illegals would help the American economy. If you know who vandalized a school "Crime Stoppers" will pay you for the tip. This program would work for illegals also. Getting a $100 per illegal reported would induce many people to call on illegals.
