Can't vote for a guy that writes a bill, sponsors it and then votes against it!

If this Lamie is so grrrrrreat, then why did his own party choose to finance a "REPUBLICANS" campaign over his?

Because he is undefrfinanced. Some opf us think their is too much money in politics. Where has Carico got his and who does he owe his vote to?

You still haven't answered my question. Your own party left Lamie out to dry and instead gave a pro-life republican nearly $250,000. Why did they give an independent money over their own guy? If they chose someone else over Lamie then why shouldn't I?

Talk about too much money in politics!

1. It wasn't 'the party' it was the senate caucus. They have given Lamie some money. These are politicians down in Richmond and Lamie doesn't dance to anyone elses tune. He is not a bought and sold candidate. What has Carico done to bring jobs to this area? he is nothing but a blowhard.

You're on very shaky ground with your response.

You must either a.) admit that the Senate DEMOCRATIC caucus is a bunch of incompetent or corrupt fools for passing up your guy... Which is exactly what Annie B & Carrico have been saying for years, b.) Admit that they didn't have enough confidence in Lamie to give him a quarter million dollars or c.) Explain why the pro-life, right to work, gun tote'n Republican is a better choice to invest in over your Lamie.

In Answer To Your Questions & Statements

1. What has Carrico done to bring jobs to this area?

Pepsico announced on Wednesday that Del. Carrico played a big hand in getting them to Wythe County. Gatorade? Progress Park? Everyone knows that Virginia is one of the greatest places to do business in and that's because we're a right to work state - something Carrico is a strong supporter of.

2. "They have given Lamie some money"

$12,000 the amount the Democratic caucus thought lamie was worth

$200,000 the amount the Democratic caucus thought a right to work, pro-life Republican was worth.

If your guy can't even get things done in Richmond with his own party, then how in the world will he ever get anything accomplished in the Senate.

You're kidding yourself!

Darren Clark, PepsiCo's Regional Government Affairs Director, said "It was a pleasure to have Delegate Carrico visit today. His hard work was instrumental in recruiting our operation to the Wytheville area, and we hope to see the efforts of Bill and his colleagues continue to pay off as other companies expand here in Southwest Virginia to take advantage of the ample workforce, convenient access to infrastructure, and business friendly state government."

You're the blow hard, goodnight!

Who will you guys be saying Faye Barker is having an affair with tomorrow? First it was "Algie" then "Tim". You diehard Democrats are all a bunch of blowhards. Give it up.

Where can I look up these statements? I don't trust responses from unknown sources. btw. Explain his no vote on the seat belt bill he worked so hard to geton the floor. His response -some constituents (how many?) phoned against it. Shouldn't he have tried to ask his constituents before wasting his time and the GA with a bill he couldn't support?

The people who know Lamie have given him funds enough to get on WCYBTV. He will be beholden to no one but the people in his district.

Lamie better beholding to his lawyer bubbies since he lost the election just like tricky Rick Boucher did.

Even WCYB couldn't get either elected.
