Let us all hope justice will be served. I felt so very sorry for Mr. Hayden. My heart breaks for those children. I hope Mr. Hayden will have closure after this trail. I just can't imagine going through this type of grief.

I don't know this lady personally, but my belief is if she did do this somebody should set her ass on fire...how awful, how could you live with yourself knowing your three babies were burned alive....it makes me sick...then she moves back to WV and goes on with a happy little existance...she should be put under the jail in my opinion....but if she gets off, I feel pity on her soul the day she has to stand before God he asks her to tell him what she did!!! Poor fool!!!

Amanda was accused of burning her house down with her kids in it. Great anger toward her is justified if she did this. Great sadness is her due if she lost those children and didn't do it and on top of that goes to jail as well. Did she do it. She has claimed to be innocent the whole time. She and God know the truth. This trial she will face in Texas will decide her fate let us pray they find the truth and let us pray for those lost children who are no doubt with God.
I was her history teacher many years ago in Mullens and she was one of the most thoughtful students I have ever taught.

The extradited part is an exaggeration, but it does look like the case is going to go forward at some point:

The prosecutor is planning to re-indict her and let the jury decide her fate.

I have known Amanda for many years. In high school we were good friends. I kept in touch with her for a while after high school, and I know how much she loved her children. She showed no anger at all towards any of them, only love and patience. How can a woman who loved her children so, do such a hideous crime? I believe and always will believe that she is innocent. Amanda, my prayers go with you, may the truth come out and set you free. The way you deserve to be!

We as parents hate to hear that a tragedy like this has happened. I agree with Bugs.

Only a sitting Grand Jury can hand down indictments. Not the prosecutor. he rigged the Grand Jury before in 2002 and got caught, thats why the indictments were thrown out by the Supreme Court, they was obtained illegally. Im anxious to see if he has the balls to try that again.

women can be good to their kids outside of the home and when something like this happens you have to think was it all a front?....There are many reasons why women do crazy things to their children...maybe she found her a new man who did not want her kids...that's what happened to the women who drowned her two boys in NC.....I hope the truth does come out and if she is found guilty as I said before somebody should put her in a house and burn her to death...think how scared those poor kids were...I can only hope and pray that they passed out of smoke inhalation prior to feeling themselves burn...so sad...

I understand that you don't know her, but those of us that do, know that she's a sincerely good person. She is one of the best people that I have ever been fortunate enough to know.
She loved/loves her children SO much, she was a wonderful and very caring mother. Again, I understand how you could question what's true and what isn't, but I felt that I had to say something on her behalf.

I just know in this day and time you always here these terrible stories about parents doing unthinkable things to their children....I'm sorry for your friend, I hope if she is innocent she can try some way to have a normal life as possible!!!!!!

I know Amanda. I believe anyone who knows her, would never believe she would do anything to her children. She loved her children. She is a God fearing person. She is a great Mother, friend, and sister in Christ.Don't believe everything you hear.Haven't you ever been a victim of false acusations. And this is about the children she loved so dearly. She would never harm those children.Never.I to hope the truth finally comes out.I am sick of seeing her being treated so bad. God bless.

I agree with you SARAML.I know Amanda is a good person. She wouldn't ever hurt her kids.Anybody that knew her would know that.I wish they would get this thing over, so she can go on with her life. This is just wrong.
