Well, a few years back, I was traveling thru your fair town. I stopped at road side flea market/grocery to stretch my legs, browse, gas up, grab a bite to eat and just look around.

When I hit the road (300 as I remember), traveling a considerable distance, thinking the speed limit was back up to 65 mph, I set my cruise. Just as I was beginning to leave the grand city of Warwick, I saw a cop up front doing a U-turn (apparently a regular place to do that). I looked down at my speed and assumed I was okay.

To my surprise, the officer done another U-turn and pulled me over within feet of the city limits sign and a 55 MPH sign.

Yes, the ticket cost me $110.00. On the way back, I looked for the speed limit sign that I obviously missed. Well, it was in front of the place I stopped. I went in one entrance and out the other without seeing the sign.... my bad!

Now retired, I travel in my RV seeing all the wonderful places across our great land. The City of Warwick is one of several places that is not on my list to visit. Although, I believe the Grits Festival would have been something well worth attending.

Sorry, folks, the $110.00, plus the dollars left at the flea market/grocery will be the only "tourist" dollars you'll ever get from me.

I might add, all my friends and fellow RVers have been made aware of my misfortune in your town!

Thanks, but no thanks!

LMAO!

Warwick, a fee grabbing town! Hmmmm! What do expect out of such a place?

If it wasn't for the main drag, the place wouldn't be on a map!

They will never get a dollar out of me! As you said, I've told all my friends about the place!
