Law Firm Can't Use Certain Phrases, Sounds and Visuals in Ads for Now
A Massachusetts federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction barring plaintiffs law firm Parker Waichman Alonso from using or making television or video advertisements with certain phrases, sounds and visual effects.

Advertising agencies have been known repackage and reuse content for other clients, it's just interesting to see something like this end up in court and actually rule against the law firm.
