Heres the deal-Man kills or hurts a woman once again in our state, bargains are made with the prosecutors office and the defense with the judge aware of it all. The less time in court the less $$ spent, the less time in jail the less $$ spent also. Make a deal prior and dont let it get out prior to the sentencing date in case the family gets upset as they have every right to be.
Once the man does his time he will have automatic health coverage under our state criminal health care, we all pay for the criminals now by the way. They will help him get a job if need be and will make sure civil court damages will not be too bad as that would hurt the poor man somehow. Then later on our Governor will remove any conviction records as his office is doing right now so these ex cons can get jobs. Yet once again the women are being left without being able to see who they are really dating as no crimes will be listed if a background check is done (even employers). So this man will walk free in a year probably, the women is dead and can never walk again. He will receive free health care and jobs and then it will all be removed from his records like he was never involved in any case at all. Even our Senators feel that our courts are for business purposes and all $$ we spend for court issues should be used for businesses useage only, it is waste of time to bring in criminals and or use it for civil cases, they want it all for themselves.
