I support Joe Craig. He has done a very good job as sheriff of this county and there is no doubt in my mind that this investigation will prove that there was no misconduct on his part.

I have seen many instances of false accusations, if this is one then she should be taught a valuable lesson... On the other hand, if its found out to be true, then he as a law man should be punished very harshly. I feel like that law men should be a positive example and should hold a higher standard for the law than others. I hope that this is investigated and the proper person brought to justice.

I can tell you one thing the osbi does not care if your sheriff has done this thing or not . They will do what ever it takes to win ,and that means lying cheating ,it does not matter if it is in front of a judge or not . They use state owned vehicles for personal use but thats ok they just want to make sure an oklahoma sheriff cannot . Thats certainly a perfect example of an agency that has too many employees and nothing to do but come after law enforcement . Good luck Joe

Joe Craig is a good person and trusting friends in the community has been his down fall. It sounds like he has been set up from day one! The girl is not telling the full story and she has been guided from others in the community to help get rid of Joe. Joe is a good friend, a good husband/father and grand father. You dont get much better than Joe Craig. we love you!

To say that Joe Craig is a simply a pedophile or crook is too simple. He's affable, and generally pleasant. He is also incompetent and easily swayed by people anxious to gain favors through him or his office. It is too bad that the OSBI only could prove this case with the young lady, there are more out there that most of us know about. Proving them in Seminole County with him as sheriff is and has been difficult. He was a decent undersheriff under Charles Sisco, but a really bad choice as the top man. The meth cookers will be forced to change their m.o.'s now that Joe is no longer at the wheel.
