Ouch I'll bet that $100.00 fine will serve as a real deterrent not to come back! What's the deal-e-o with the two years supervised probation when he gets out though? He is in the U.S. ILLEGALLY now, we get to feed and house him for his prison term...then he gets out and he gets turned back out into the streets so he can fulfill his 2 year probabation sentence. When does this criminal get his "Free" ride back to his homeland anyway? What a screwing the tax paying legal citizens get huh?
