Virginia's General Assembly needs to note this as they consider the pending legistation regarding strip mining and pass regulations to prevent them from polluting more water supplies by dumping in streams.

Did they say federal grants i.e. earmarks? This is something the "teaheads" are willing to reject at any turn. Look how sen. richard shelby of alabama tried to hold up President Obamas appointments because he wasn't getting the "earmark" money for his state and cronies. HYPOCRITES=reCROOKlicans.

sounds like a smart man, if odumbo is giving handouts(bribes) to some states, why wouldnt any of them hold out for a share????
