I didn't hear what they had to say, but they probably didn't tell anyone how expensive it was.
Stats say we are the 4th highest priced market in the whole USA!

Aurora doesn't give quotes....quotes that mean anything anyway. Aurora puts a huge disclaimer on their quotes that pretty much says...."you can't believe what is written on this paper."

I know for a fact that they charge whatever the traffic will bare. I was charged a total of $1,500...the exact same amount in my health savings account....for a $300 procedure.

After that overcharge, I started shopping around and found that Theda Clark gives firm quotes, has the very best uninsured discount, and give the best care in the whole area. No run around. No background checks. No overcharging.

People should vote with their dollars and make the trip to Neenah to do their medical care.

Oh, other things:

On the tv news Aurora was blasting how they just spent tons and tons of money on their healing gardens. oh wow.

Why is it then, that these medical facilities can't afford their own digitizing improvements? They have their hand out to the fed gov for money to modernize their computer systems.

Maybe these med facilities should be like every other business and invest wisely in themselves.
Maybe also the head personnel could take a little less bonus so that they'd have enough cash to upgrade their IT themselves. Other businesses have to.

Oh, and one more thing:

The corporate playing field is not even. Aurora has an in with Senator Kohl. Recently, their was a bill that passed congress with a special exclusion for Aurora. I read the bill and saw what Kohl had put in for Aurora. Basically it said that all the other medical establishments had to comply with a law, except Aurora. Kohl's former staff member is now Aurora's lobbyist.

How can good establishments like Theda Clark survive in a market where the US gov highly favors crooked corporations like Aurora, who manipulate and swindle people? I was swindled by Aurora. I will never forget it and I won't ever go there again.

I object to my government giving these kinds of businesses highly favored treatment. Under normal conditions, businesses like Aurora would close fast.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Capricorn

You'll have difficulty finding equilibrium in your emotional life at the moment; try to control the impulsive side of your character. At work, your usual powers of intuition will be clouded. Fits of feverishness may bother you and break down your energy. If you can get out into the countryside for a walk, you'll feel much better.
