I was wanting to know if when our DA was not working for that 1.5 years, did he still get paid or did it pass on to the Co.A's? If so, why wouldn't he have to pay our State back that money? The State of Texas is looking at cutting back on our teachers because we don't have the money, but they can keep paying someone for NOT doing their job ( and alot of money at that). I have always like Mr. Fostel, but the time has come that he isn't able to do his job. Not to be mean, but please just step aside and let someone that can work full time do it. The people of Kermit would understand Mr Fostel, you have worked many years and should enjoy your retiremnet. And as for Mr Walton, you were also right to bring this up as long as it was for the good of our city and county, and I think it was. Just how I feel about this, Happy New Year everone.
