Who else gets tickets here by the Sheriffs? They are EVERYWHERE!

Judged:

Ask the officer (under oath) if he or she signed the tickets in front of a notary.
Ask for the radar certification card issued during training.
Ask if the deputy is part time certified, then subpeona the deputies hours for the past year. I can guarantee that he or she worked in violation of Vermont Law for part timers.
If convicted DON'T WORRY! Pay the few $, ask for a trial, the States Attorney will drop ALL the charges to NOT have an expensive jury trial (that means NO points!). If they want a trial, depose ALL current and former officers+coworkers on the integrity of the officer.
Spread this info far and wide. Email it, post it to your blog. BEAT THE SYSTEM.
