Anderson appeal seeks to halt proceedings
Lawyers for state District Judge Ken Anderson have asked a Williamson County court to halt legal proceedings against the former prosecutor after a court of inquiry last week found that Anderson hid evidence to ensure Michael Morton's conviction in 1987.

Hasn't Anderson already gotten more pre-trial due process than he was willing to give Morton? In Morton's case all the "errors" were examined after the trial. In fact 2 years after the trial.
Let's get on with the trial of Anderson.
