That this young lady is confused and in need of help is obvious, but, one million dollar bail, rapists and petifiles(sam baker) get out on PR bonds.

I knew wendy i went to school with her and i'm still shocked cuz i mean she didin't look like she would ever do that and i can't believe they want to put a bail of one million dlls.i think her mother had a lot of to do with it cuz she always treated wendy in a way like she didn't love her but i hope everything works out and i really hope she gets out soon i haven't seen her in 4 yrs but i wish i've could've at least been there to help her out well i wish her the best.

What she did was wrong but she could of had postpartum depression. i think instead of letting her out they should of put her in a metal hospital for help then when specialist decided that she seemed to be ok on all her senses put her in county and left her there til her court hearin. but now she's on da room. authority's fault. how do we know other teenage girl's who later get in her shoes do the same thing. because they saw she more likely got away with it. but yes she Shld be sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Murder is murder. If we start looking for excuses to put the blame elsewhere, we are certainly going to find plenty of them. What really matters, though, is that a crime was committed and the person should be held accountable. If she was willing to do that to an innocent, defenseless child AND then tried to hide the body, I can guarantee you she knew what she was doing. She needs to pay for the life she took ... plain and simple!
