Didn't the article say they destroyed the explosive? If so, its like the perfect crime, only the idiot criminals didn't get anything, or proffit in any way. What morons! Anywho if the bomb was detinated and the morons didn't spit on, masterbate on, leave hairs one, on feel the undeniable urge to put finger prints on the entire bomb, than in all likely hood they are home free. Real life isn't like CSI and there are not identifing or serial numbers on everything.

My questions is what kind of bomb was it? If it was just a pipe bomb then just leaving it in front of a Wal-Mart was stupid. Other than some shrapnel that might hit passers by, the blast would do minimal damage. A satchel bomb is pretty much the same thing only with more room for explosives or shrapnel. A shaped charge placed against the building might open a large hole, but still no significant damage. Multiple charges placed at stress points surrounding the outer building would be requiered to destroy the building and therefor make a proper statement.

All in all I see it as a lazy attempt and a non news worty story.

I have a lot of interests, and not all of them conventional. No I am not some weird bomb maker, but I have read bokks on the subject. Everything I said about the yeild and possible damage was right on. In Israel innocent pedestians are killed by homicide bombers all the time. To know, maybe not why they do it, but how it works, gives us an edge. I point out that in the markets where homicide bombers have attacked. After the clean up and nessisary investigation, a day maybe two. The people return and shop and eat and meet. They have learned to be aware and to live with the possibility and horror.

Lets hope that kind of terror never comes to our shores. Oh unless you are for Obama then if he's elected it is guaranteed to happen.
