Sheriff's wife perishes in wreck

An early Wednesday morning accident on Georgia Highway 112 claimed the life of 40-year old Lisa Bloodsworth, wife of Wilcox County Sheriff Stacy Bloodsworth.

Really a sad day for anybody who knew her. She was the sweetest woman. Always smiling and always acted herself . She is very loved and will be missed. God Bless her family and friends.

Its such a sad time. I'm praying that all the haters can let this family grieve with the class and dignity they deserve. THe Bloodsworths have been victims to undeserved cruel gossip for sometime now. I would pray this community comes together and gives this family the support they need.
I've never seen a woman light up more than Lisa at the mere mention of her children. She LOVED her family and it showed. She made me want to be a better person, just by being in her presence.
To the Moorehouse, Owens and Bloodsworth family..... Lisa will always live on in you and everyone that knew her! God Bless you all! HUGGS!
