Supervisor wouldn't let deputy leave jail cited
A deputy jailer in eastern Kentucky has been cited with unlawful imprisonment after he refused to allow a deputy sheriff to leave the Whitley County Detention Center without an inmate who was too intoxicated to be booked.

Sounds like Sheriff Harrell ought to be relieved of his duties for being just plain stupid!!! I believe the Jail deputy has a great lawsuit against the county...
