Joe Reed Family, sacred singers

I am a music historian researching musicians active in Knox, Whitley, and Laurel Counties in the 1920s and '30s. Does anyone remember, or can they put me in touch with relatives of, the Joe Reed Family, believed to have been from this area? They made recordings of sacred songs in 1928, including "Little David Play On Your Harp." They may possibly have been connected with Joseph Bell Reed and Joan (Johanna) Reed, parents of Gladys, Grace, Thurston, Earl, and other sons and daughters. Any leads or suggestions will be very much appreciated. Please contact me at <[email protected]>. Thank you.
