She had two prior arrests, one in 1989 and one in 1990 in other states and currently has a warrant out for her arrest in AR. She also has a past history of fabricating information and lying in a personnel matter.

I believe the word would be (now) and no this is not new to me. The question still remains when are the people responsible for hiring her going to be held accountable.
