Cash stolen from local department

According to Senior Trooper J.R. Kocher of the Moundsville Detachment of the West Virginia State Police, the discovery was made in October by Interim Police Chief Michael Owens.

Huh sounds like we got some dirty cops everyone knows that we got dirty cops around here.. This investigation will never be completed

For example look at the used to be chief of police in pc what a dirty cop I wonder how much drugs he took from the apartment and moon shine
