I hope that boy is in prison for a long time. He has ripped my brother and my sister-in-law's heart out. He took her child at the age of only 20. He needs to pay dearly. They are gonna love his babyface in prison. Sorry not sorry for saying this. He has thrown my brother's family into turmoil and I am VERY ANGRY about it.

The kid may have lived if the 911 Center would have answered their phone, Deputy Cutlip answered his door, and it didn't the Webster Ambulance 3 HOURS to get there. The family of the kid have a Iron Clad Law Suit against Webster County and the Sheriff's Department. However, no matter the amount awarded to the family, it will never bring back their loved one.

At this point it doesn't matter if they were or not. The point is the incompetence of the Webster County Emergency Services and Sheriff's Department. My question is this, what if someone was in dire need of help and Webster EMS and the Sheriff's Department dragged their feet and you or your loved one died? That is the important matter here; the local system we pay for with tax dollars is failing. and to answer you question, it wasn't drugs. It was over love.

And you know nothing about the situation do you. EMS is unable to go on scene until the cops have cleared the scene.

I'd say the family will get a very, very good high profile attorney for free because the family has a case. Most likely a change of venue will be granted and the trial held in some other part of the state. Then you will see Webster County get their lunch ate in court.

They are screwed. 1) 911 didn't answer their phone lines. What was the dispatcher doing; sleeping on duty? 2) Cutlip refused to get up and answer his door when people when to his house begging for his help.3) The Ambulance service was told the shooter had left and the boy was laying there bleeding to death. Webster County is so fu@ked on this one. I'd bet money that a jury of 12 will rule in favor of the family if this indeed goes to civil trial.

Webster County law and especially Cutlip is a joke. You get more if you kill a dog than a person. Prayers for the boys family. Drugs or anything else has nothing to do with the death of a young man
