we are looking for a small farm in Webster County or surrounding area. need 15-20 acres, 3-4 bedrooms. hope someone knows about a property they can tell us about. we would love to move to this area.

There are some properties for sale. Try a local real estate agent.

Not meaning to sound negative, but....Although Webster does indeed have good things to offer (little traffic, safety, friendly people), I suggest you rent a place 5-6 months before you actually buy. You might see that despite its good points, there are several bad ones as well. Trust me on this one.
