This sounds a lot like the Willie Horton case. The liberals said that he was arrested for stealing a few dollars. He was actually arrested for armed robbery [which only netted him a few dollars]. That's not quite the same thing. Here we have 4 teens in a mans house late at night. He has the right to self defence. If I was on that jury he would be a free man.
