If less corruption in this region would not have happened, begging would be a thing that would not be needed. People r needed who hire appointees and the like who have a strategy of not trying to fill their own pockets full. Priorities should be in honesty integrity etc. Has this been a priority ever in certain parts of this region in local politics? Give me some examples please.
