Interesting to consider that people could simply vote for this, if allowed, and begin paying hundreds less in property taxes for better service. Council was too timid. Hope they reconsider or are outed.

PS. One minor consideration is that certain legal documents might need changing. There may be a simple means of handling this consideration. Resolve all these issues and put it on the ballot.
