A 6-year-old girl says her mother intentionally drove the family car into Lake Cumberland early Saturday, killing her 8-year-old brother.

i believe this woman is guilty of murder,just becauce a man and a woman has a fight,they ought to be responsible and never dray the children into grown up sisutions.these babies were now how to be apart forever.because of their mother.she had no right to put those children in danger .who does she think she is.?the evidence proves she meant to kill them both.i know these children they were terriff swimers.and to beat it all the mother taught them to swim ,she use to be a life guard at burnside maria.

This woman did this deliberately, and she woke up the little girl and said "We are allg oing to die" before she hit high speeds and plunged into the water....there is more to this story, however I am not at libertly to dicusss it, however, I believe this woman needs to be punished for eternity; here on earth and beyond.

this moman in now lodged in wayne county detention.center.in my town.i do believe the court system will see thru her and see that she gets puinshed for this awful crime she has commited.this woman simply does not care about her two children.

the little girl is telling the truth about her statment she gave to the nurse.i know this family,their children were taken away a year or two ago.the little girl has seen alot and been thru alot.it really sad that now she has to live without her little brother.she will be scarred for live.what will this do in the long run to her state of mind.my prayers are with her always

I think that Wynema Worley is guilty of first degree murder. I was around Salina that night when she came down to get her. She came in the door and grabbed Salina up by her arm and said to her "Come on Salina we have got to go, because Danny is going to kill me. There were several different stories that were going around that Wynema had told different people. 1. She meant to kill her and those two children. 2. She blacked out. 3. She missed her turn. 4. She didn't know what happened.

Some people think she is bipolor. This crazy woman knew what she was doing. If she had blacked out she would have wrecked before 5 miles. If she missed her turn she missed it by 5 miles, she should have turned around if she didn't plan on going into the water. She knows that area alot her mother lives 5 miles from the boat ramp. Why didn't she know what she was doing? This woman meant to kill her children. I am glad to hear that she has been aressted but she needs more. That is some judtice for Dylan. Salina is in a better place now, I'm sure her big brother Dylan is keeping his eyes on her. His is her angel now. I feel really bad for the children. Instead of ever taking those children from were they were that night she should have left them there. We would have taken care of those children. There is no child on earth that deserves that. Dylan and Salina will remain in my thoughts and cares.

A southern Kentucky woman was charged with manslaughter Wednesday following the drowning death of her 8-year-old son.

Wynema Worley, 27, of Bronston, was arrested on a charge of second-degree manslaughter in the death of her son, Dylan Rambo. The boy drowned after the car Worley was driving plunged into the water last Saturday near the Cumberland Point Boat Ramp in Wayne County.

Police said the boy's 6-year-old sister, Misty Rambo, unbuckled her seat belt and swam to fishermen who saw the car go into the water. The fishermen also saved Worley, but the car sank before they could reach Dylan.

Workers retrieved his body about 20 minutes later.

Police issued the warrant after consulting with Wayne County Commonwealth's Attorney Larry Rogers and receiving toxicology reports. Police would not release the results of Worley's toxicology test.

Worley was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center on Wednesday.
