Police Chief Edward Flynn Admits Affair

Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn admits to having an affair. He reportedly had the affair with Jessica McBride, a prominent local journalist.

Police are suppose hold high ethical standards to their family. He should get down on his knees and beg his wife to forgive him. Paul Bucher you should file your own paper for divorce and take your loose wife for everything!! Flynns wife should hire Bucher and take her stupid selfish moronic husband for everything. You see in this day and age we have no role models or people to look up to and I think people who hold a job like Flynn should have good morales and standards instead of being like everyone else and not resisting temptation. What else would be do if he can hurt his family. Steal, lie, cheat----Oh he already did that. I really hope Flynns wife stand her ground and doesn't end up like Chumara and Norquist's wife. Which is a worse evil; a cop getting sex from minors (happened recently in Waukesha), a priest getting sex from minors?, a senator paying his mistress with tax payer dollars? A swim/gym teacher getting sex from boys and girls? a day care driver sexually assaulting a girl? a bishop allowing pedophile clergy back into the fold? or two consenting adults (one more high profile than the other) getting caught in their tryst?

While I do not condone this behavior, I have to put it in perspective. These things happen all the time, they always have and always will. That behavior, as immoral as you may consider it, is part of the human condition. So long as it does not impact on his performance as police chief, his personal sex life is none of my concern.

BTW, I've seen 39 yo Jessica McBride in person. For a 61 year old guy to be "involved" with a woman of her caliber...I want whatever cologne Ed wears.

What Flynn did is totally wrong. When I took my oath of Law Enforcement one of the oaths was to "Not live a sully life." Maybe a copy of the Oath should be sent to law enforcement and have them sign to acknowledge it each year. As a member of law enforcement you are expected to obey the laws. Adultry is wrong. It does not matter what horrible sexual crimes others are committing, it is still wrong. Flynn should resign. How can he ever arrest a law-breaker when he, himself is an adulter. It's a shame that all the good he has been doing for Milwaukee will be for naught because he has such loose morals. I see this City going down the sewer with all its crime and now the chief of police has floated right along with all the crap. I will say a prayer for his wife that whether she stays with the adulter or not, she is at peace with her decision. A wife can get past adultry, but I don't think the taxpayers should have to. FLYNN RESIGN AND ACCEPT NO RETIREMENT OR BENEFITS--YOU DON'T DESERVE A PENNY FROM THE TAXPAYERS!!!!

No wonder milwaukee is such a cesspool. Can't even get a chief of police with any morals. It's time the good law-abiding citizens take back this city. Forget all the politically correct crap, get rid of all the welfare and entitlement programs and vote these dishonest bums out of office. I remember when this was a safe and decent city. We should not have to be afraid to go out at night or be afraid of getting robbed or shot. Lets get some officials with decent family values. No more cattering to the criminals. That includes the schools. If the kids don't want to be there, put them in a holding tank. Eliminate welfare. If you can't go to school and learn a trade, then you don't eat. This City should be cleaned up and be made safe for everyone. All law-abiding citizens should be able to carry a concealed weapon so we have sporting chance against the thugs.

What biblical planet were you a police on? To wit and verbatim;

I was not law enforcement in Milwaukee. Where I was, we still believe in morals. If a person lies to their spouse, who they profess to love, then why should anyone believe them? We need leaders with morals. That's what's wrong with this country. Someone gets in office and they forget that they too must follow the rules. From the aldeerman to the president, they should all be following the rules.

Frank Jude beat up his own mother, he went to prison for it. Who cares if he got beat up.

Michael McGee is also in prison.
